just booked a stay in a 4 star hotel in a really nice residential neighborhood in Hamburg (close to city center). The hotel had a deal where if you booked 2 nights, the 3rd was free! Heck yes!

Right now, the grand total for the trip is 95 pounds. That’s roundtrip airfare, and a swaky hotel stay. SOOO EXCITED!!! Diana (the friend I’m traveling with) and I are thinking about renting bikes and exploring the city that way.

Also, in conducting research on what to do in Hamburg, one of the popular tourist attractions ended up being the red-light district. I don’t know how to feel about that hahaha. But they have a lot of bars and clubs on the same street as well. In the end, no matter where we go, we’ll make sure we’re smart and safe : )
